Lake Ozark Speedway (LOS) has released their schedule for 2005. LOS is excited to announce that they will be hosting the World of Outlaws Sprint Series on Friday, May 6th, it will be the first visit to LOS by the top touring sprint car series. Fans will see the top drivers in the country try to tame the 1/3 mile speed plant. It will be a night of firsts for LOS, as the 600cc Micro Sprints will also be taking to the banks of LOS for the first time. Also on schedule for 2005 will be the MARS Late Models on Saturday, August 13th. September 3rd & 4th will be the return of the ASCS for the 2nd Annual LOS 360 Nationals. LOS will be running the same classes as last year, with 360 Winged Sprints, Modifieds, Street Stock and Hobby Stocks running every Saturday night. With then end of a successful 2004 season, LOS will also be making some improvements to a facility that is already one of the nicest dirt tracks within a 5 state area. This winter, will see the addition of 1000 more seats and new restroom facilities on the backstretch along with numerous other improvments. Tickets for all events are on sale now!
