i just looked at capital speedways site and the track says it will be open for the spring of 2004.does anyone think this move will hurt them as far as car count and fans.eldon is sorta in the middle of the lake and jeff city.so there isn't a town nearby that people will come from so it looks like the fans are gonna have to drive alittle bit to watch some racing.
