Lebanon,Mo.-The 2005 Season hasn't even started yet,but the Lebanon Midway Speedway will start accepting Entries on Monday Morning April 4th at 8AM.The way the Entries come-in will be how the 150 Lap Enduro wil be started for the May 14th Event as the field will start 3 wide.
The Enduro race will highlight the evenings activities that evening as Modifieds,Legends Cars and FactoryStocks will also be competing.The Enduro will pay 1500-2000 to win the event.Entry fee is $50 and numbers will be assigned as the entries are recieved.
Last season,it didn't matter were you started as Tony Jackson Jr took home the first 2000 to win payoff starting back in 33rd spot and then Dale Roper Jr survived to grab the final enduro Special last season after Tim Brown had led the opening 58 laps,but went by the wayside with mechnical problems.
The number to call to reserve your spot in the May 14th Event is 417-532-6254 begining at 8AM that morning.
In the 2 season that the Armstrong Promoted tracks have ran Enduro Events,there has yet to be a repeat winner as in 2002 on the Asphalt track-Joe Lampe,Dave Williams and Tim Brown captured these special events,while last season on the Midway Speedway clay oval,Jackson Jr and Roper Jr took home the honors.
