Lebanon,Mo.-Officials at the LebanonMidway Speedway have made the July 30th Sat Night Shootout Special event even better.
Extreme Thunder Remote Control Cars in Lebanon and The Springfield Yellow Cab Company have teamed-up to make the Modified event pay $1,000 to the winner with the runner-up recieving 600 with the A Main paying 100 to start from 10th and below.The winner has a starting spot in the Midway Modified Madness in Sept.
Jeff Albright and Jim Perkins at this two businesses have really stepped-up the event that evening and it is appreciated.
Our Original schedule hade the WOW Sprints,but our local Sprints lost a special event due to weather,so with the small changes we did on the schedule,and with the races that the Sprints and Modifieds have been putting on,it is only right to highlight these 2 classes.
We were going to pay 700 to win the Mod feature that night with second recieving 500,but Jeff and Jim jumped on borad and added money to our purse and wanted the extra $$$ to go this away.
Also Racing will be Bombers and FactoryStocks with extra money in there purse along with all 4 classes of cars recieving an extra 20 bonus points for that night.
Extreme Thunder will be doing a display of there product at intermission as they will attempt to jump one of the Remote cars over a full-sized Modified
In other Midway News-Officials have added a final double points night on the schedule on Friday Night Aug.26th for all 6 classes.
