LebanonMidway To Begin Points Battle/Kids Easter Egg Hunt Planned

Lebanon,Mo.The season long points battle at the LebanonMidwaySpeedway will begin this Friday night as action will begin at 8PM with racing in the Modified,FactoryStock,Winged Sprints,SuperStocks,Bombers and the newest addition to the Racing card,The Fastrak LateModels class.
The Fastrak LateModels are one of the fastest growing classes in the South and is branching out into the Midwest.
Also planned is a kid's Easter Egg Hunt scheduled at intermission for the kids 10 and under.
Defending champions from the 2005 season include Jamie Ragland(Modifieds),Eric Todd(Winged Sprints),Tony Jackson Jr.(SuperStocks),Randy Berry(FactoryStocks),and Dale Rodden(Bombers).With Jackson Jr moving into the Modifieds,that leaves the door wide open as last seasons runner-up JC Newell ans 3rd place driver Donnie Gennings will be battling Travis Hill,Randy Hill,Bill Scharr,Ben Newell,Bradley McDowell, and many others for the top spot.Factory Stock Champion Randy Berry will run a limited schedule this season leaving that door wide open against Glen Dismang,Tim Brown,Bobby Ratterree and others.
Defending SprintCar champion Eric Todd showed his championship form last Sat night as he won the SprintCar feature over Micheal White and a very tough field of over 20 cars as the interest and excitement of this class keeps growing.
The Bombers again will provide lots of excitement as Lebanon's Shawn Winfrey grabbed the feature win last Friday Night in the opening non-points event.
The New Fastrak LateModel Class will have local area drivers Ron Myers,Jason Otto,Wesley Briggs going against veteran Steve Beach,Todd McCoin,Jim Wheat,Shelby Thacker and others as the class makes its maiden voyage on the 3/8ths mile clay oval.
Gates will open at 5 with hotlaps scheduled to start around 7:15 with the opening Green to drop at 8PM.
Admission prices will be $10 for Adults, children 11-15 $5 and Kids 10 and under Free.
