Lebanon,Mo.-The LebanonMidwaySpeedway will play host to the 1st annual Fast Factory 50 on the weekend of April 21-22 with the winner recieving $5,000 and it will pay 500 to start the 26 car field.
"The FactoryStock class is almost univeral with rules and there are lots of cars under this class out there today."quoted Owner Harold Armstrong.
"We wanted to give those drivers a shot at some good money and get it before alot of drivers started points racing at there local tracks,so we feel this date will be the best for everyone.
The format will be like the one used for our Modified Madness with 26 cars starting.Friday Night drivers will draw for heat race positions with each winner geting into the 50 lap Main Event Sat Night.Those heat winners will redraw to start the pole dash run later that evening to set the front rows.There will also be a qualifying feature to help out with the 14 cars that will lock-in from Friday Night.Bombers and SuperStocks are tentatively scheduled to run full shows on Friday Night.
Sat Night those drivers who haven't yet qualified and any new cars will redraw for heats with the winners getting in the Main event,then a final qualifying feature will be run to set the field-car count will help make the final determining factors.The final 2 spots will be reserves for the top 2 drivers from the Midway point standing who have yet to qualify.Fastrak LateModels and another class will be running on Sat also.
