Did you get out of your car at any time during the flag??? If so you should have been disqualified and not just put to the back. I was told you got out of your car and they just put you to the back because it was your first time there.

I sure could understand your concern, but with you being a racer and not a track official your responsiblity would have been with taking care of yourself and your vehicle. In looking at all the photos, you did a fantastic job of not blasting Butch in the top or the door. But don't let one tough experience rob you of a good night with everyone. As far as your other complaint about the payscale goes that was a payscale I had on my computer for a single-race RAMS race from a couple of years ago. First place was paying $175 and on down (2nd - $125, 3rd - $100 and then from 4th - 9th place $90 through $30. 10th through 20th was $20.) Any complaints about the pay should address that towards me because that was my fault, but I still don't see a problem with the payout. Hopefully everyone can just go and once again enjoy themself. The #01 has been a tremendous part of the RAMS and the mini stocks this season. Please don't take any problems as a personal attack. The track officials were just doing what they were told.

Jeff i was told (Stoped on a yellow) go to the back. It was red. As far as getting out of my car to help Butch,(I WOULD DO THAT AT ANY TIME) So if they told me that was why ,i will except the BLACK FLAG. But that isn"t what i was told
 
I figured that was what happened and I also figured nobody took the time to give you the proper explanation. That's why I checked it out and wanted to let you know. You deserved a better explanation, but I think everyone was freaking out a bit with the severity of the situation and proper communication did not exist. I'm sorry it happened to you, but like I said, please don't let a lapse in communications deprive you of having fun and others being deprived of not having you there. That #01 mini stock is a pretty special vehicle, even though the driver is a jerk.... LOL!!!

DANG RIGHT GREAT ATTITUDE ... if they wanted to black flag any driver for getting out to helped a flipped driver then black flag us!!! this is a close net group of guys and just shows we care for each other!!!

Don't worry Tony...I'm sure there'll still be a good car count. The last time the list was so long was because I was calling everyone due to the short notice so I'd add their name as I went. I'm not calling anyone this go round.


99% sure Mark will be racing the #24 thanks to Tod

sorry wheelman got a wedding at 4:eek:o 25 miles from mcs, so we haul car to wedding go to mcs race, go to reception, maybe next time, we do want to go sometime.

We better be racing on Sat. I do want to race at Farmington sometime though. I have only driven at MCS and would like to try a different track sometime.
 
Wanted to go

My car is sold!!!!! I am going to take it to MCS this week end and run it there. The new owners are going to take it for a spin for the mechanics race. I am going to run it a total of 2 more times then I am handing it over. I am hoping that within the first week of October I will have my modified chassis sitting in the shop and the begining of building it. Juz wanted to say to everyone I raced against that the past 2 years have been fun and entertaining, good friendships made, and fond memories. Even though I may not be racing a ministock anymore, I will be at the tracks and will continue to be supportive of the Rams and ministocks in general. A buddy of mine is looking at buying a ministock to run at Doe Run and Fredricktown, so I will be making some apperarances with him. Everyone be safe at SFCR and have some good clean fun.
