"Lucas Oil Power Hour New Home"
January 31, 2008

The Lucas Oil Power Hour which broadcasts from 4 to 5 p.m. every Monday on JOCK 98.7 FM has a new home. The show, which quickly become the most listened to race talk show in the market after its move to the JOCK in November, will now broadcast weekly from Golden Corral on North Kansas Expressway.

"We had quite a wish list when looking for a permanent home for the show," said host and producer Randy Bowman. "We needed a big parking lot for race car shows and cruise-ins, a north Springfield, MO location (the gear head side of town), a partner that understood and wanted to be involved in racing, and last but certainly not least, awesome food for the hosts!"

Golden Corral on North Kansas Expressway in Springfield, MO completely filled the bill at every level. This Monday will be the second broadcast from Golden Corral for the race talk show that has been recognized for its basic tell-it-the-way-it-is style.

For 2008 the Lucas Oil Power Hour welcomes back co-hosts Kevin Greven, Lucas Oil Speedway General Manager and one of the voices of the Lucas Oil Speedway, Announcer Kevin Fletcher. The show also welcomes back O'Reilly Auto Parts as a season long partner. New for 2008, the show brings Reliable Chevrolet on board as a great new sponsor partner.

Tune in to JOCK 98.7 FM every Monday from 4 to 5 p.m. for the Lucas Oil Power Hour live from Golden Corral on North Kansas Expressway. We'll take your calls and talk racing from NASCAR to NHRA and everything in between including all the action and news from the Diamond of Dirt Tracks, the Lucas Oil Speedway.
