The UMP Pro Hornets, as well as, the Amateur Hornets will tackle the 1/5 mile bullring again this Saturday, April 11th.

This past weekend's Pro Hornet feature was one of disbelief. Multiple cars flipped, and luckily all drivers walked away without injury. After the drama of the caution-filled race, Jeff Dodd emerged as the winner with his son Zach Dodd in second place, battling with UMP National Hornet Champion Joe Reed, who finished third.

Heidi Hames took the Amateur Hornet feature, leading all laps, and holding off the fierce challenge of Donnie Rine.

Gates will open at 5:00. Late Model qualifying will start at 7 and will will begin at 7:30. Adults are $10 and kids 12 and under are FREE.

The track is located 9 miles south of Decatur in Macon, IL. For more information, you can visit our website at MaconRacing.com or give us a call at (217) 764-3000.
