Modified driver Jeff Leka will make his midget debut at Farmer City Raceway when the MARA midgets join the regular Friday night program this Friday, May 27th. Leka, a regular winner in modified competition, will pilot the Fontana powered # 45 normally driven by Farmer City promoter, Don Hammer.
Also planning to attend the event are 7-time MARA driver champion, Don Lehmann and former MARA driver champion, Rich Camfield. Eight plus-time MARA car owner champion, Lehmann Racing is slated to enter at least 2 cars, if not 3 for the nights events. Things are shaping up for this weekend’s MARA season opener at Farmer City Raceway and we hope to see tons of midget fans at the track.
