Maryville Speedway R/C Dirt Oval

Hey guys, Just thought I would put this out there. It is STL area racing related, but in the form of 1:10th scale rc cars. Opening race night will be saturday april 24th at 5:30. We run 1:10th scale Sprint cars, Latemodels, modifieds, and a 2wd open oval class. Also run a 1:18th scale mini Latemodel and sprint class for beginners. If you guys have never watched, or seen this type of racing before you guys should come watch one saturday night when you aren't going to the big dirt tracks. Its definitly alot of fun to watch, and even more fun to race. Its at K-10's model trains in Maryville, IL about 5 minutes north of Collinsville. Here are a few picks of the cars I run

Just wondering if they will let 1:8 scale Late Models run?? I've got a couple of friends including myself that have them.
Thought I heard last year if you bring at least 3 or 4 cars you can make an open class. Sounds like fun when I'm not racing.

Yes, 3 does make a class, but not sure on 1/8th scale stuff. I think its only 1/10 and smaller, but Im not 100% sure. It is alot of fun. It is ran just like a regular race program, and we usually get anywhere from 60-100 entries
