NEW FLORENCE, MO (May 31) -Features, features and more features were the order of the day at Montgomery County Speedway, there were a grand total of 9 features run and 9 different feature winners.
In the UMP Late Model class for the make up feature from May 21st, Bryan Collins held off a hard charging Keith Pratt and Steve Shive to for the victory. After the make up feature the entire evening belonged to Keith Pratt, Keith won his heat, the dash and the Feature event for the May 29th show. Keith held off the winner of the opening feature Bryan Collins and Todd Rehg to pick up the win. The win also marked Keiths first feature win of the season.
In the UMP A-Modified division Brian Diveley ended Rusty Griffaws three week winning streak by capturing the make up feature event for May 21st. Brian managed to keep Rusty Griffaw and Leroy Haney at bay to win the event from start to finish.
In the final UMP A-Modified feature event of the evening Gary Archambauld held off persistent attempts from J.D. Rottler and Timmy Hill to hold on for his first feature win of the season.
The B-Modified divison produced two first time feature winners this season. Dan Bimbson took a commanding lead in the first feature and held off Casey Morris and Randy Dickman to pick up the first feature of the evening.
The B-Modified feature finale was won by Ron Massman, holding off the repeated attempts to take the lead from Randy Dickman and Craig Roden.
In the Pepsi Super Street class Darren Holland took the lead and never looked back to pick up his first career feature event. Darren held off Jeff LaBaube, Kenny Harris and Ron Imm for the victory.
In the final feature event for the Super Street class Daryl Dodge managed to stay one step ahead of both Jeff LaBaube, and Scott Spalding to pick up his third feature win of the season.
Dave Wofford, Jr. just keeps winning in the RAMS Mini Stock division, Dave lead wire to wire to record his fourth feature win of the season. Dave out ran Wes Kintz and C.J. Wright to record the victory.
