What happened to Michael Kloos last night - he didn't even make the feature. Just curious.
 
Nothing happened...just didn't make it. He was in a stacked heat race (Babb, Moyer, Feger, Unzicker, Korte, McBride, Kreke), but qualified a full second slower than the fastest qualifier (Babb) in his group. Made up some ground in the consi, but still fell short.
 
One would assume this team didn't have its best foot forward. His best car was likely at the shop waiting to make the trip to eldora. But I could be wrong
 
Good pill draw, but everything went down hill from there. Fuel pump went out during qualifying and that put him last in a fast heat race. Finished last in heat race. Started last in semi and could not get to the cut off spot.
