The annual Pepsi Mid Season Champions were determined Quincy Raceways Sunday, June 25.

The line up for the Budweiser IMCA Late Model Mid Season Championship feature event found Lonnie Bailey and Mark Burgtorf drawing the front row spots. Burgtorf and Bailey battled side by side for the first circuit but Burgtorf pulled into the lead before the first lap was scored. Burgtorf was never in serious danger of losing the lead throughout the event but the action was hot and heavy behind him as Bailey, Justin Reed, and Tom Darbyshire waged a great battle for the second, third and fourth spots. Bailey grabbed second with Reed in third, Darbyshire in fourth and Boone McLaughlin in fifth. Gary Russell also put on quite a show by starting shotgun on the twenty car field and ending in the seventh spot, gaining thirteen spots. Bailey, Darbyshire and McLaughlin were the heat race winners with Jerry Weisenberger taking the win in the B-Main. McLaughlin scored the win in the Summy Tire and Auto Center Dash.

Henry DeLonjay and Josh Foster drew the front row positions for the Miller LIte IMCA Modified Mid Season Championship feature event setting up looked like a shootout between the two hottest modified drivers at Quincy this season. Delonjay shoot out into the lead at the drop of the green with Foster slowly falling back into the field as the race progressed over its twenty five lap length. DeLonjay maintained a safe margin from his nearest competitors until three caution flags flew over the last three laps. David Weitholder tried in vain to deal with the multi time track champion DeLonjay but fell a couple of car length shot at the checkered flag and had to settle for second followed by Tony Dunker in third, Ted Allen in fourth and Josh Foster in fifth. Brandon Lennox, DeLonjay and Allen were the heat race winners with Weithold grabbing the win in the P&S Auto and Truck Collision Repair Trophy Dash.

Bruce Hatfield lead the first eight laps of the Bomber feature event but gave way to Steve Carlin on the nineth lap of the twenty lap event. Carlin held onto the top spot through several late race restarts to take the win with Adam Birck nipping at his rear bumper. Travis Booher scored third with Hatfield in fourth and Jarrod Richie in fifth. Birck, Todd Reichert and Jerry Jansen were the heat race winners.

The Hornet main event was a real barnburner as six drivers battled back and forth for the entire fifteen lap distance to the checkered flag. Joel Kerr crossed the finish line first but a problem was found during tech inspection giving the win to James Leffew. Levi Long settled for second followed by Steven DeLonjay in third, Sarah Woodhurst in fourth and Jake Powers in fifth. Long and DeLonjay were the heat race winners.
