Are usmts modifieds longer than ump modifieds

What do you mean longer? Wheelbase, deck, bumper to bumper? Deck height is taller for usmts/usra. Ump allows a longer & wider nose but deck length should be about the same. The mb customs are one of the longer mods and they're body setup straight from mars is legal in both sanctions.

Bumper to bumper they do look a little bit longer

USRA allows a 1" taller deck, and rear hub to bumper. From hub to front of bumper is the same. Wheelbase is the same. They should be pretty similar in size overall.

When usmts ran at tri city they looked very similar to the ump cars
