I see they are having practice on Saturday the 12th. Could anyone help on the times the only thing I see is drivers be there at 10.

I seem to remember years ago there used to be a dirt track on hwy 19 North of hwy 70. Can't remember the name and wondering if it's still there?
 
Casey, I was wondering how the track is going to be prepped for Saturday's practice. I went to Highland on Tuesday and it was a dust bowl with absolutely no grip and was hoping it isn't going to be like that. We complained a little there and they asked "Do you know how much it costs to prep a race track?" Well, if it isn't prepped the littlest, tiniest bit then it is a waste of time to bring a car out on the track. I have a pretty good feeling your track will be in a lot better shape for your playdate so we will see you there Saturday.
 
They arent scared to put water on it. We were out there checking it out last night and theyve been watering it periodically already. The new dirt will take a while to settle, but everything looks superb! Theyre willing to do whatever it takes to have a multi-groove, awesome racetrack. They want driver opinions on everything, so i encourage everyone to go try it out Saturday!!
 
I talked to the lady in charge and no beer sold there... She did say the racing is gonna be so good buy your beer at I 55 and come on down and watch the best racing since TRI CITY SPEEDWAY on Friday night!!!!
