Now that he has shown the racing world who he really is,,,I am just searching and waiting on UMP's press release on this matter. Ump,,do you really have the nads in your organization to put an end to his childish tactics? Surely you can not back up and say he done no wrong,,really? Can you? They other thing I admired is how many people were allowed on the track,,,,,,Wow ,talk about a liability issue on Allied's part,,What if Goofy decided to start 'er up and back up in a fast manner while all those people were standing around,,Could of gotten ugly real quick. And that Allied official on the right side of the car keeping people away,,do yourself a favor and buy a belt for petes sake.....Anyway,,I'll drag up a lawn chair and a glass of iced tea and wait for the press release on this,,,LOL

I agree! Makes me wonder where UMP is sometimes when things like this happens. Like last year when the 0 car flat wiped out the 15 car at Granite. No excuse. The hornet car at Granite Friday night ...same thing. I know they need car counts but when will it end. When someone gets hurt?

The way i understand the show last nite was put on by Powri not by UMP..So if Powri put on the show then there is nothing nobody can do about it..So i could be wrong tho...

they may have been running under powri banner but were they running for ump points. if so ump should still be able to govern them if the points do count. jmo

I would expect UMP to talk to the officials at the track, watch the video and talk to the teams involved before taking any action. I don't know how they could do anything except suspend Moon for a very long time. But UMP's actions (inaction sometimes) defies logic.

I'm probably older than anyone else on this post and I've seen alot of this stuff over the years. I've known some promoters/sanctioning bodies who would never even think about suspending these guys. In fact, he would pay both of these guys to come back next week and then promote the hell out it. "COME SEE THE BITTER RIVALS BATTLE IT OUT AGAIN FRIDAY NIGHT AT (INSERT TRACK NAME HERE)." I once had an an "altercation" in the pits at Godfrey and the promoter took me and the other guy to the side to talk in private. I figured he was going to fine/suspend us both. Instead he told us "'no more fighting, but if we do, next time, do it on the front stretch so that all the fans could see it". Is this right or wrong? I don't know, You decide. Just saying, some promoters/sanctioning bodies see the benefit of having Heroes and Villains at their tracks. Lets face it, SOME people go to the races just to see the wrecks, and if they know that two guys might be out for revenge, well, SOME people might just pay to see that. Crashing somebody under the caution is never a good idea, but there is alot of talk about it on this web sight. Dirty laundry and drama sells. Belle-Clair now has a new hero and a new villain and there was a time when some promoters would let the fans decide who was who. Just saying how it sometimes was, really not that long ago . Back when the stands were packed.

Brian you are the correct.....Not many people think like I do but I agree with you 100%, I told Allied this many many years ago when we use to fight all the time

I get where your coming from but flipping a guy over is bad. I've been upside down with fluids running out of the engine and that's not cool. If he hit him and spun him different deal. But this was extreme deal in my opinion I know there could have been worse done

Naa, wide open into his left rear under green wouldve been extreme. Kreke did blatantly spin him. i saw it. Have at it boys..good stuff. Funny now that society and tracks have put a stop to all the fighting and drama that used to go on now theres a low fan count..hmm.. Drama sells people. From what i hear moon man took a good shot in the face so justice prevailed..lol

Several of us went to shepps andmacon speedway just to see what might have happened between shepp and web I think a lot of other people did the same.the one thing that came out of what moon did there was no collateral damage if they both would have continued racing it could have cost an innocent competitor a lot of money or injury.how many racers are above losing their temper from time to time I haven't seen many it is normal.

Isn't sad to say that's what would bring the fans to the track. Not the good racing they put on but, the fights. Heck if you want to see a fight go to a fighting match.
