Center Line, Mich. - Mopar looks to spice up the 2005 O'Reilly Chili Bowl Midget Nationals with the announcement it will offer the Mopar Challenge Bonus. If the winner of the A-main feature event utilizes a Mopar powerplant, that driver will receive a $10,000 bonus, courtesy of Mopar. The 19th annual O'Reilly Chili Bowl Midget Nationals are set to run January 5-8.

All Mopar-powered entries are eligible for the 2005 Mopar Challenge Bonus. In 2002, Tony Stewart earned the Mopar Challenge Bonus award for his victory in the 16th Annual Chili Bowl Midget Nationals. Stewart piloted the No. 67s Keith Kunz-owned entry to the win.

With over 20 Mopar-powered machines entered in the 2005 Chili Bowl Midget Nationals event, the stage has been set for one of the best A-main events to date. J.J. Yeley, Kasey Kahne, Danny Lasoski, Josh Wise, Dave Darland, Tracy Hines, and former winners Dan Boorse and Tony Stewart are all slated to pilot Mopar-powered machines in this year's race.
