Motorsports Tig Wedling Class Opinion

Jeff Palazzolo
I have been kicking around the idea of holding a class at my race shop to teach/help racers with tig welding for a nominal fee.
I have been associated with welding since 1973 and have the knowledge to teach the basics, or help with someone that needs a little tuneup.
My question, to anyone that has an opinion is this something that people would have an interest in?
I'm thinking 4 to 6 hours on a Saturday with a limit of about 4 people.
Thanks

Hello Jeff.Did you happen to run a midget years ago with a v8 that was cut in half or something like it???Depending on your fee, i think alot of people would attend. Its more convenient than signing up at a trade school, and if you are not looking for a degree or certificate, i think it would be a good.

Heffs71, yes I did have a V4 I campaigned in the 80's
Dirt is right, it sounded like a big old fart but pulled like a son of a gun.
Heffs is on to what I was thinking, just get down to the basics of what we need, no certificate, or 15 hours of oxy fuel training
I deal with it everyday and thought I could pass some knowledge on and pickup a couple of bucks for the race team
