Need a reliable pro-4 for rookie class

Fredericktown is starting a rookie pro-4 class. I have a son who wants to try it. So I am looking for a car for him to start in. It needs to be reliable and safe, be an automatic, and here is the thing. It doesn't need to be a blistering fast car, just something he can learn in and if he's going to crash, I'd rather for him to be going a little on the slower side. This is usually the criteria people want to shy away from, but its just what we need. If he takes to it and gets better we'll go faster at that point. If you have or know of anything suitable, please email me at litld63m74@aol.com or pm me. Thanks and see you in the pro-4 class this season!

I have a 1998 Z-24 Cavalier. It has a 2.4 twin cam quad four engine with a header and 2-1/2 inch exhaust also it has a 4-speed automatic transmission. Also has a racing seat and seat cover, 5-point racing seat belts, window net, fuel shut off switch, quick disconnect racing steering wheel, (water temp., oil pressure, battery voltage, three in one gauge), and a 6-point roll cage with 3 driver side door bars and it has 2 passenger side door bars. It's the red and black 9x car thats ran at highland speedway. It comes with 6 extra tires, a set of used door skins, plastic intake, rear hub, front and rear strut, and a few other odd and end pieces. This car has won many heat races, consi's, and a feature at mount vernon. Im asking $1500.
Also I have several pictures on stl racing in the classified adds under 4 cylinders.

Any questions call Trevor Isaak at 1-618-410-5280 or pm with any questions.

I guess I forgot to mention that it needs to be single cam. Fredericktown is still a single cam track. Thanks for the reply! Anything else out there?

response has been really light. its good to see that everyone is planning on returning this season. But if there is anything out there I have cash in hand!
