Hello..I need some help. Have a little cash, lots of SBC parts to work with. Here's the problem. I have a '93 Caravan V-6, it has a pump or something that runs all the time. It has something to do with the ABS system. I'm clueless with these. I'll bring it to you or meet or ?..I'm in High Ridge. Please PM me or post. I'm not asking for something for nothing, I just need to know how to fix it or pay you..Let me know..Thanks...

find the abs pump relay,and switch it with another relay that is next to it; assuming it has the same #'s on the relay. see if your problem is gone. you could also pull the fuse or relay. you will have normal non-abs brakes. car will stop fine.
Call a Chrysler dealer with your VIN number and explain the problem, there is a lifetime warranty on the ABS brake system for 91 to 93 Caravans and Jeeps, It's kinda one of them silent recalls, recall #685 if I remember right.. This recall covers the pump & hydraulic unit (they develop internal leaks)
