Need directions....H E L P!!!

Going to be headed to the zoo from southern Illinois via I-64. I was told some of 64 is closed! Could some of you who travel that area help me out??!! Your help is appreciated!!
 
Intake is correct, could also go to Jefferson and get back on 64 and get off at Hampton and be right at Zoo

a lot depends on where you are starting from,,one thing you dont want to do is try to go through down town..if you are on 64 go south on 255 (just west of fairview hts)it will take you into mo. via the jb bridge,once into mo. the hi becoms 270 north bound,,i64 connects to 270,go east twords st.louis,,get off at hamption,turn left n u r there,,,
