no thats not todds car. he was 4r i believe. he was the 1st person into my mind also when i seen it. back that far, todd was very young

I don't think that's Todd's car. I think he actually started racing around 1989. If I remember properly, he had to wait until he turned 16 to start racing.

last i seen him he was an on site electrician at st e's in belleville...thats been a few years ago though
