Need sponsors for 2012?

Uh you need to read up sir. He is not the only individual complaining of no money being paid. Read here........read other forums not to mention you seem to be able to come here everyday to reply to posts but seem to disregard phone calls and emails that are sent when your end of the bargain seems to come up short. If it was 1 or 2 episodes.........im a firm beleiver that you cannot please everyone and might be a good deal.But......reading the other forums and posts.......nope. Im done with this thread. You can keep blowing smoke and from what youve read here......noone is buying your bait.
 
And we would like you publsh these so called resolutions you made to Mr Sivils. If it was made public........youd have it somewhere. Ive searched and its not on the net at all. Or are you going to pull the ole.....ive got them and pm me for the details and lists.....like you said about your so called driver's you have led on...uh i mean.........helped.
 
For the record it was not being negative over not being paid, it was the customer service.

Now for the remedy,

I don't remember being offered one, till I was told I had turned one down, but I may be mistaken. I did say once you could refund, you said that would it would not help your business. I don't want to get into a peeing match, if people had good experience then great, post them too. I had a negative experience, any business has people with negative experiences. They also have people with positive ones.

What I am getting at is simple, and I am not getting into a peeing match with projectx, I stated my experience was negative, others now can state negative or positive. Then potential clients can see both and make an educated decision. I have moved on as I think projectx has, so let's keep it classy so to speak and post if you had a positive or negative experience.

Sounds like mine and mod27 was negative, by all means if you had a positiveone post about it. I do agree with projectx you should post your name, and he has a right to attempt to remedy the problem also can put a face to his accuser.

I am not sticking up for projectx, just trying to be fair and move on, I would not recommend, and did not feel he attempted to remedy the situation till long after.

If you had a positive experience please post, with name of course, that you did. If you had negative post that as well, keep it classy and name calling or mud slinging out.
 
best i remember it was send me money and i will look for whats out there and in mean time get you this discount from other racers/sellers and every penny i save you you can call sponcership i felt scam when we talked to remember if it seems to good to be true Santa is bringing it

Aint like you have not replied to this user name years ago when you were "suppose" to be marketing us.

Go back and dig out all those old contracts you have and re-pay all those you did nothing for, than you wont get negetive talk about your company.
But i would be surprised if you still have all them. (unless they happen to have been burned)

Danny, I have every paper ever submitted to my company and yes then you would fall into that category as well. I have only had about 3 STL area clients in my 5 years doing this so if two of them are saying what they are here the local person to defend us doesn't appear to be here however I can say that there are simple solutions that were offered(in response to Mr Sivils as well). My thoughts:

The reason I never publically offered a refund is because both of you gentleman came on at a time where nothing was guaranteed. We have worked very hard to change that aspect of our program, and I think anyone on here would have to admit that if we were truly nothing but con artists who had never done anything for anyone there is no way we would still be in this industry, especially attending numerous tracks a year. What I will offer, however, is this:

If you feel you got screwed, then we will set you up on file again. If by the start of race season(April 1st) we have not produced at least what your contract would be worth by our programs today then we will sponsor you ourselves at $1,000 per team for this upcoming season. Offering a refund just shows that I don't believe in my company and what we are capable of. I want to take it a step further and say we will prove ourselves. My proposition is this: we get you $1,000 or more for the upcoming season, either from us or from an outside sponsor. If we succeed, you put either our logo or the other companies on the car, come on here and state that we do what we say we do and stick up for us in any further discussions. If we don't, then we will not post on here again and will refund you what you paid us(and yes I do know those amounts and will post if Mr Sivils and Mr Lorton wish us to do so). You two are the only ones this offer stands for. Take it or leave it but know it is there.

I will take you up on that offer, please send a contract or any other required information to jsivils@greatriv.com I am setting up an email for my race team for this year but not set up yet.

I may have misjudged the situation, if Project x does what he stated above then we will gladly run his logo, mention him in press releases, formally notify the BBB that we feel he did what he said, and will state on forums, this and others that he did step up and make it right.

Email me or hard mail me anything you need, we will be glad to take you up on this offer.
 
Sounds great, I will get you the information when I get back in front of my laptop that has the papers on it. I understand a frustration when things don't go right, and thats something we take great pride in trying to put an end to it. Hopefully people will see this for what it is, an opportunity to prove ourselves in a venue where everyone can see it and we can show our abilities.
 
I applaud your decision to make things right.....if it works for these guys ill be the first to spread the word
 
You know all well and good if he does this for these guys. My experience sounds very familiar to mod 27's. First year he was apologetic. I excused him. Was promised at least 500.00 second year which never materialized. Tried several times via phone and email of which none were successful. As he stated I did send him some emails that weren't pleasant just trying to get a response. I own my own business and one thing I tell all my clients is that if you have a problem I will get it handled for you and I do and for that I have grown my business and have great respect from my customers. He states he has everyone's info that has ever sent him money. I wonder if he still has mine which includes our marketing proposal I sent him that we were using at the time for our potential marketing partners and current one's. Good luck to you guys looks like I missed out again.
 
Mr Fetter, I would be willing to do something to try to make things right but here's where I stand: I don't see the level of at least professional conduct I am seeing from these guys. Frustration is fine but some of the comments made publically and privately on your end were not handled in an even mildly professional manner. I would be willing to discuss working something out but frustrated or not will not tolerate anything of that level again. Call me at your convenience and we can talk it over 763 742 6205

Well just to give everyone a heads up on this deal. Here it is April 14th and myself and Jason still have not received the $1,000 sponsorship checks that we were promised by April 1st.
Again several attempts to collect this has been made and as before we are still waiting for him to follow thru with his deal.
We talked today so i guess we will see what happens next.
 
did you say hurt a company or a pyramid or is it send me $50.00 and i will send you hunerd hot $100.00 ( hunerd is a false name for money so it was fictiously sent )
