bad image aside..... Nick G is a tire specialist who has worked with some big teams..... He knows his stuff when it comes to making tires work........ with or without treatment.... theres alot to these big team racing tire programs....... choosing compounds, scuffing, siping, cleaning/weekly maintinence...... I dont think its fair to diminish his knowledge and skill because he also knows chemicals as well....... cutting and needling were completely unknown to me, till he talked to me about them...... Nick is a very smart when it comes to tires and is glad to help out anyone who needs it..... whether it's helping a guy figure out the best way to sipe his tires or explaining the benefits of cutting and needling..... i'm sure you could find alot of old posts on here of him strictly discussing tires, answering questions and, spreading his knowledge....... so sure tarnish his image and even his legacy,,, but, I don't think its fair to knock his skills as a quality tire man.........maybe he knows just a little too much....
