Northern All-Star Series

The series was recently purchased by Bill Nelson (Steve Hillard's car owner). Bob Sargeant was also involved with this purchase. Look for a big revival of this series in 2004. Most races in Indiana & Illinois.

Just speculation, but with Sargeant's good friendship with Ray Marler, we might see this series hit I-55 for an event or two in the future.

I think Bill Nelson actually owns the 117 car that Matt Taylor once drove. I am not certain, but I think that is who it is. Either way, I hope they actually make this a Indiana, Illinois and part of Missouri touring series that it once was.

The Northern Allstars used to be a good series, but it looks like over the past two years it has lose it's appeal ans has move their events away from IL and IN. Hope this is a better deal and they come back to the original idea behind the Northern Allstars.
