Call Jim Kreher in Waterloo Illinois......his number is 618-281-8505......hes a good structural engineer, he is busy right now doing structural analysis for all the homes that were damaged in all the recent tornados......
 
Breese has had issues in the past with sinking properties.....although it has been a long while........notice how the intersection at old 50 and Germantown/Mater Dei Rd sits.....Many old coal mine shafts run under Breese
