ODD E MAIL FROM DIRT CAR RACING

Most of the time I get race info or rules updates--this time the header is asking do us racers want to help a fellow racer---may be 100% legit --any one else recive this email__?? I really do not feel comfortable opening it--
 
I'm not anyone who knows anything about e-mails and I was told if it don't have http don't open it. It could have come from someone who e's were compromised and all their contact were sent erroneous mail. I did not get such an e-mail like you.
 
I got one for a survey from dirtcar. Said it was a fun survey to improve racing. Started out asking about oil then shifted to NASCAR, said wtf? And quit the survey. Lol
