I believe this picture was taken at Lake Hill Speedway in Valley Park, Mo. Shraders first race car was a '64 Chevy Impala painted in gray primer. He was 15 when he had his first race and his dad had to go through the court to get permission for him to drive.
 
Yes, that is lake hill speedway and also is a don figler photo. You can see don taking pictures at some of the tracks, look for the man in the big hat.
 
Is Don Higler the guy with the big hat that always sits in the front row at I-55 right at the start-finish line? He sits there every race. Mike the announcer points him out once in a while and a lot of people seem to know him.
 
noisy is a life long allied and don klein fan and love is wrassling noisy is a real hoot his hat and ole pick up are probably older than most fans
