Past and Present Flagmen

i think jimmy stewart was the flagman at the empire speedway. farmington in the 70s.
 
Joe Filkins flagged early to mid 70 s at Turnpike for Dick Poe in marion Il and later for Larry Gowler at I-57 raceway in benton IL Also Melvin Filkins flagged at I-57 in Benton Il in early 80,s and Kevin Filkins currently flags at Marion mini Midget track I even got black flagged at Mt Vernon Raceway by Joe filkins once DAD ? Whats up with that?

His name was Dave Wulf he flagged at, Godfrey , Jacksonville, Greenville, TCS, Mount Vernon, Flora ;)
