Park City, Kansas – April 17, 2013 – After the championship Finale was completed during the Saturday night portion of the “Modified Spring Scramble” back on April 6th during the National Championship Racing Association of Park City, Kansas Presented by Precise Racing Products modified event at 81 Speedway in Park City, an incident occurred involving drivers Darren Moses and Tanner Mullens as well as crew member Buddy Mullens. Series president C Ray Hall officially announced on Monday the penalties for all three involved.

Tanner Mullens: Suspended two years by both the NCRA and Speedway Inc. for wrecking Moses after the races and for fighting.

Buddy Mullens: Suspended one year with the NCRA and Speedway Inc. hitting an official during the incident.

Darren Moses: No time line on how long he is suspended by both the NCRA and Speedway’s Inc. as he was previously in a earlier incident at Enid Speedway and the end of last year.

“The NCRA and Speedway’s Inc. will not tolerate such behavior at any of our events,” says Hall. “We understand that tempers will flare yet we have to have some common sense because things can get out of hand and somebody seriously hurt. Hopefully this will detour any other drivers or crew member doing anything like that in the future.”

Any further questions regarding this incident can be answered by calling the series and Speedway’s Inc. office (316) 755-1781.
