(Warrensburg) Watch out for the hot racing action during the Mighty Modified feature race with added bonus awards in the Contingency Connection Weekly series at Central Missouri Speedway this Saturday night, August 5th. Race fans can also receive discounts on admission rates for Pepsi Night at the races with special family admission rates. A family with two adults and two children will receive up to $6 off regular grandstand admission.

Several classes are in very close chases for the season points chases. The Street Stocks have been extremely competitive all year with Jimmy Ngo, Bobby Raybourn, Tammy Korff, John Ebert and Cole Wimmer all within striking distance of the title.

The Mighty Modifieds points are also tight with Dennis Walrath barely leading Aaron Marrant, Joe Bradshaw and Terry Schultz in this exciting class of drivers.

Brett Rollert is leading the Limited Late Models and Josh Fisher still holds on to a lead in the 305 Sprint class along with Tony Nelson dominating the new B- Modified division. The remaining races in all classes should be great ones to watch as they battle it out for the points championship.

Limited Late Model drivers are also reminded of the Aug 12th $1,000 to win Limited Late Model special. If you have raced at least twice at CMS in 2006, then you will not be required to pay the entry fee.

Come on out and join us for the weekly Contingency Connection classes of Mighty Modifieds, Limited Late Models, B- Modifieds, 305 /360 Sprints and Street Stocks which will be racing for the checkered flag during their feature events on Saturday night. Heat races start at 7:30 pm with Hot Laps at 7:00 gates opening at 5:00 pm. Central Missouri Speedway is located just 4 miles north of Warrensburg or 14 miles south of I-70 on Hwy 13.
