Pevely scales!

No....Sorry they are not, and the track scales showed my car over weight every time my driver went across the scales...but one night, it did not! The car has a consistent weight of over 3250 pounds...! We generally use up 5 gallons depending on yellow laps, but no more than 10 gallons of fuel on any given night! So how or where did it lose ONE HUNDRED POUNDS!!! People are not perfect and neither is machinery, every single time. Everything has a flaw in life, at one point or another!!!

Let me see here-------the guy running the scales waves a car on, he scales ok, he waves the guy off, the next guy comes on ,he scales, he waves him off, and this goes on and on all night long!!!! all of a sudden you roll on the scales and your light!!! the guy waves you back and you get another chance to make weight---,YOUR LIGHT___end of story..The old guy running the scale does not care of your from Doe Run Mo or Planet MARS!!!!! This sound like a case of sour grapes at best. Come on now----your better then this!!!!!
I was at the races Sat night. and the fastest modified I saw was the 1W car of Ray Walsh---he won the feature and he did not seem to have any trouble making weight!!!! he did have some heavy STEAM HEAT following him to the checkers , I must admit. No, my guy did not win,but the fastest car won the feature hands down. just sayin!!!!!!!!!!!!

everyone has to use the same scales and they are set up before the races even start if you run that close weight your dam car and quit crying

There is no reason for scales to be wrong if there taken care of. just how many allied drivers are found light at other tracks.? I have seen crap go on at allied. Thats why they will never get another dime of my money. For years i watched the same drivers start on the front row of heat races. and i'll be, now their on the front row of the dash. People wake up.Allied is the most unfair group to race if your not a member. you people who thinks allied is fair..... just keep an eye on somone who doesnt race there every week. get a 10th place finish and pick your check up for 12th. Ray and Kenny, you better wake up and fix this mess its gone on for to long.

why not check your car every night at every track

Everyone of you drivers and crew on here know scales get old and out of sink...If the scales are throwed in the truck and hauled from track to track they are taking more abuse from the rough azz roads they travel from track to track plus not counting that old azz truck they ride in lol. It seem everyone is always on allied about this and that everyweek but yet you guys keep going back for more !!! Wht the hell is wrong with this picture? If you have had enough of them don't go back or stop coming on here and bit-hing about it when you do.....

Yep Allied up to their old tricks the scale guy made the 6 car 10lbs light after the heat race and let him back off, and pull back on a couple times and everytime had the magic power to make it 10lbs light. WAKE UP people those scales only read every 5lbs 0-5-10-15 its IMPOSSIBLE to be 4lbs light. Ask Stu Springer about Allied and scales! He won a feature one night at Belleville just to have his father, Carl, let him know he was 5lbs light. I wish I could run around online and call into question the integrity of others all day like some of you do :) grow up and learn to say "I made a mistake" by not scaling before the races, not factoring in fuel loss, forgetting the track was dry so I wouldnt pick up as much mud, I changed the battery and it weighs less, I changed the set up #s forgetting I removed wieght in the process.

Pill draws are done in the open for all to see. You can watch the entire nightly draw if you would like to do so. The scales are open for inspection as well. Again you can watch and see every racers scale weight if you choose to do so. Do you really think Allied could cheat and not lose all of its racers. Car counts look pretty good to me.

Also, I doubt most racers run 100 lbs heavy. Why were others not light?

Here is some advise for racers and race teams. Take responsibility for your own mistakes. Stop trying to blame others. Instead of spending time complaining about it go work on your car to get it better. If you do this you will have more fun and greater success.

Kudos to those racers and fans who dont complain every freakin night!

I just want one of you guys that's sticking up for them to tell me scales don't get out of sink...I'm not saying they cheated him or anything like that!!! How old are these scales and do they travel back and forth from track to track in the ol azz truck? Just a ? Can someone answer it lol

where did they get out of sink, out of the kitchen sink? if they are out of SYNC, they are out of SYNC for EVERYONE, not just a few. the answer to your question is, if they were really that far off, you would see more than 2 cars be light in 1 night!!! there are more than 2 guys that scale their car that precise. GUARANTEED

like was said, if the world would stop blaming everyone else for their own problems the country would be in alot better shape, but thats another story all together.

This ain't English and your wrong on that... I bet they pushed it to the limit that ain't the ? !!! Scales can be off and if there off 5 pounds or 100 pounds there still off bottom line. If they pushed it to limit and got close enough for the scales to say light then so be it. But just cause every body else made weight don't say **** about there scales being off. Maybe they did there homework enough to make weight and there beat up scales that travel from track to track in a ol beat up truck and roads that ain't been worked on in so long cause the president we have toasted there scales.

Does the team have their own scale? Did they weigh the car using there own scale after the heat race and was it the proper weigh? Did they show the Allied official that they were the proper weight after the heat using their own scales? If not, then how do you know they were not under weight? They "said" they were the proper weight and the scales showed differently. So their "word" is more accurate than the scales?

Wendall Wallace was under weight at the WoO LM show at BCS a few weeks ago. He didn't complain about the scales.

Here are the facts.. RULES SAY TRACK SCALES... Everyone has to use them. You meet then weight or get DQ'd.. 1lb or 100lbs...

You can go buy 3 sets of brand new scales and they will all most likely show a few pounds difference.

Bottom line, weigh the car before hand and know what your car weighs on the track's scales!

Obviously they DID NOT do their homework or they would of went to the track scales to start the night...

2 questions please
1) are the scales a one peace drive on or are the 4 pads put in a certain spot? Reason I ask is I have noticed on our scales sometimes the weight depends on where the kart is stopped on the scales. I mean I have seen a lot of karts sit in the center and weigh one thing and moved up a few inches weigh more. Yes I know there karts but scales are scales.
2) why do the scales read only in 5 pound increments? So if your barely off by just a little it gos back to the last 5 pounds or forward to the next 5 pounds. ? This is not NASCAR folks, your not taking home a ton of cash. if you think your light get it checked early and note your changes. Check your car again after a change before you go out. If you think your light coming off then go up top and get you some of that loose dirt to stick on the car to make weight then scrape it off later.
