Pinto spindles/ Metric stub

I have been told by everyone they won't work together, but the only explination I've been told was "geometry". There's no ride height issue, and no roll center issue. Can anyone explain why there not compatible?

What type of class are you running. I know for sportsman they will work with a metric stub and all steering geometry works out if you widen the front with nova lowers. From everything I have gathered they just add a ton of strength.
 
They don't work to good with stock metric lowers, not very much shock clearance if you run the shocks thru the upper control arm. They work good with the nova lowers, but are they better than stock metric? I've built cars that have won with both. The pintos are defiantly stronger.
 
Aaahhh, clearance with metric lowers. Makes sence, have Novas already, that's why I couldnt see the clearance problem.
