All Eyes will be on the UMP Street Stocks as they will have their annual $500 to win Feezor Restoration Street Stock Blowout this coming Friday July 17, 2009 at the “High Banks” of PIR. Feezor Restoration has been active with our Street Stock Division from the initial start and we are pleased that they are back this year. This division has had some of the closest finishes this year at Paducah International Raceway and the competition will be stepping it up this week for the $500 to win Feature Race. Stacy Tretter of Princeton, Indiana is leading the points battle at PIR by just 8 points over Mayfield Kentucky’s J R Mason . Mike Watson, Mitch Fiers, and Robert Canter round out the top 5 in the UMP Street Stock Division at Paducah International Raceway.
Running with the Street Stocks Friday night will be the UMP Late Models, Modifieds, Pro Late Models, and the 4 Cylinder Warriors. Pit gates will open at 4:00pm Grandstands at 5:00pm Racing action at 7:00pm. General Admission will be $10 for adults. Kids 12 and under will be free. Pit admission will be $25.
