I'm not really sure how you could get it there. I know it is the local access channel here in the St. Louis area.

It is local access on Charter cable. It comes on either channel 3, 8 or 18.

Nope, not in St. Francois County..

Charter cable tells me Motorsports is on ALL of their systems in the St. Louis area.But then it wouldn't be the first time they gave me wrong info.
