posting a picture question

I am trying to post a few pictures but aparently they are too large. They are 242KB to 350KB. What should I do to get them on here? Thanks

if you have a program that is for pictures,,go in to edit,,go to size,,and change it to 100x100 pixles!!

If you can change it to about 350 pixels wide, it should get small enough to allow it to display on here. If not, email it over to me and I"ll fix it for you.
