Just read on FB that he is in ICU and not expected to make it. Been there since New Years. Please say a prayer for him and maybe drop a line on his FB page if you get a chance, let him and his family know you're thinking of him/praying for him. He's John R Barr on there.

The old timers on here will remember him being track photographer at MCS and doing photos from Florida before going to China to teach English for a few years, then coming back married.

I used to message with him on FB when he was in China, he really looked forward to coming back and getting to a dirt track to see some racing. Please keep him in your thoughts.

Prayers to the Trashdog. Very humble guy, loved seeing him weekly at Fulton when I started racing.

Prayers to our friend. This breaks my heart. He spent some time this past summer at our house while down from Florida w his family. We had alot of good talks. Laughs. Beers and reminiscing the old days.
I had all those pictures in my basement for months. But never went through them because I didn't want to invade his privacy. Wished I did now....
He's a fantastic good guy. I'm sorry I missed his last call. Prayers to him and his family. .......
Racewidow and I are making a road trip Sat to go see him.
