Prayers for Tubby Black

Love dirt track racing
Got a call this morning,not sure when but Tubby was put in a St. Louis Hospital for possibly a pacemaker,what ever reason,hopefully Tubby will be OK!
 
Fyi...

They ended up deciding not to put in a pacemaker at this time. I think they will change some of his medicines and see what affect that has. This morning he did not look or feel real good, but this afternoon they said he was feeling a lot better. They should know more tomorrow. Thank you all for your concerns. I will find out more tomorrow. Hopefully they will let him come home.

May the good Lord bless him and keep him; give him comfort and rest; and finally grant him a full and speedy recovery. Tubby is an icon; no two ways about it. He was my dad's favorite driver - I think before I was even born - and I'm 53!

Tubby

Tubby is an inspiration to so many of us. As a founder of early day circle track dirt racing I say "thank you" for helping to keep things alive for me and many others to enjoy. My prayers and thoughts are with you Tubby.
I hope things improve quickly and look forward to seeing you soon @ the track.

Update

Tubby was released from the hospital and they are hoping medication will do the trick. Time will tell. When he was released he looked and acted like he felt better than he has in the past few months. Thank you all for your concerns and I will pass them along to him.
 
He is doing pretty good. They have him going to see another doctor in about a week or so. I will talk to him tomorrow and I will know more. Thanks again for all of your concerns.
