Pushing the envelope

Today, I seen Jason load what looks like a some sort of sprint car wing in his van. As he was doing so I herd him say to an unnamed bystander, this should create a large amount of downforce on his new ride. Is it just me or does any one else think this has no place in mini-stock racing? I'd say he has passed the point of "Pushing the Envelope" can we stop this? JPR:confused:

I have a sprint wing for Wheel's truck when the World of Outlaws start up their Mini-Stock division. Now that they have a latemodel division, I figure anything's possible.:D
 
After a little thought

Maybe the wing deal is more for absorbing energy, you know to cushin the blow:p
 
YES!!!

I will need more downforce, seeing that we will have a two seat car this year, and I will need to counter balance, the weight of an extra person. It is a stock replacement for the luggage rack currently on our 71 Pinto. Shes a beauty, but must be replaced. The rust has eaten half the car, the luggage rack is too far gone!!:D

Websters lists both. According to the Grateful Dead, its grey. So you be the judge.............But the "luggage rack" is now black, with a big, gold #1 on it.:D :D ;)

I went to one of their concerts once, in the 60's. There was smoke in the air for hours, but I didnt inhale...;)
