(WHEELERSBURG, OHIO) R.J. Conley posted his second victory in as many
weekends, as he bested the field in the 'Milky Way 50' at the Skyline
Speedway in Stewart, OH last Friday night. R.J. piloted his Conley Trucking
#71c Rocket / Draime Grand Prix to the second fastest time in qualifying and
then one his heat race to earn the second starting spot in the 50-lap,
$3,000 to win feature. He would go onto lead all 50 laps of the 'Milky Way
50' to bring the $3,000 winning purse back to Wheelersburg.

"We had a great car at Skyline last Friday night," said R.J. from the Conley
Motorsports shop on Monday afternoon. "The track slicked off, but you could
run pretty much anywhere. I ran up top the majority of the race and was
never really challenge except for early on by my dad. It was a little rough
through one and two and I tried to take it easy going through the rough
spots and then dad pulled up along side of me and I had to kick it in high
gear. My car is going pretty good right now and I just have to thank all of
my sponsors for all of their support."

Delmas Conley, the patriarch of the racing Conley family, wound up a strong
third in the "Milky Way 50'. He won his heat race to earn an inside
starting position for the feature and then battled up front all night long
before finishing a close third. "Hot Rod" Conley was also in attendance at
Skyline and he ended up finishing thirteenth in the feature after getting
involved in an incident during the course of the race. The incident broke
the slave cylinder on the rack and pinion and forced the #71r pit side for
the remainder of the evening. Rod was running solidly in the Top Ten when
the incident occurred.

The Conley's were also slated to be in action on Saturday night, but the
events at the Portsmouth (OH) Raceway Park and the K-C (OH) Raceway were
both cancelled due to rain. The Conley's will try those two tracks again
this weekend, as R.J. and Rod will travel to the nearby Portsmouth Raceway
Park in Portsmouth, OH this Saturday night for a $2,000 to win show. Delmas
will travel up the road to Chillicothe, OH and the K-C Raceway for a $2,000
to win show there.
