i have about 120 racing pictures from around 1979-1983. the oictures were taken by the various track photgraphers . the tracks include godfrey,tri-city,jacksonville,tri-state,peoria,spoon river,santa fe,grundy co., springfield, and kankakee. the picture sizes range from wallet size to 8x10,black and white and in color.will take $30 or best offer for them.

Hey Lenny This Ouuuuught Get You The Winter

Two sportsman cars with big sprint car wings mounted on top proved too much for the rest of the field as they claimed the two top spots. Gary Walker made a late race pass on the ageless veteran Lenny "FIREBALL" Garson to earn the victory. Garson took the second spot and the young lady Trista Stevenson, who battled with the two front runners throughout the main event, took the third position. Jerry Kaufman took the fourth spot and Jason Keller rounded out the top five.

yeah I know had to show up for work didn't do anything allthe shops were closed but they wanted my butt there instead of lake hill
 
got the pictures,lots of small shots of the godfery super mod and sportsman class cars from the 80s,there is even a shot of revins #11 car,,not sure of some of the cars and tracks,,if ya ran godfery back then give me your car no.if i have a shot of your car i will sel them for a buck +postage
 
Looking for some Otis Shoemaker #55 sportsman pics..red and white. We had a #88 red pontiac lemans street stock and a gold #20 sportsman
