President Jeff Mills opened the meeting with roll call and all officers were present.

Two new members were introduced. They are Steve LaGarce from Troy, Mo. and Jack Tschamen of Foristell, Mo..

Treasurer Dave Wofford gave his treasurers report.
Secretary Lisa Harris read minutes from last meeting.

New Business:
Car numbers 0 thru 99 can be used. You may use letter with number. Paid members have first choice of numbers. No duplicate numbers will be issued.

Racing at Montgomery County will begin the last weekend in March. 2004. Rams will race one race per month to start. All races at Montgomery County will be Rams points races.

The Elections of Officers for 2004 was held, the new officers are:
President - Jeff Mills
Vice President - Dave Wofford Jr.
Treasurer - Tracy Kelly
Secretary - C.J. Kintz

J.J. Johnson made several suggestions for safety rules.
All cars will be inspected prior to racing, violations will be written up and signed by tech man and owner or driver, each will get a copy, and you will have one week to comply.
Door Plate rule was defined to steel 18 gauge or .049 thickness.
Inspections will start at 2004 car show. Inspection stickers will be issued after your vehicle passes, you will not be able to race without sticker.

John Reando & Shannon Birch were voted in as additional Tech men.

Saturday the 13th will be Christmas party, awards ceremony and brief meeting. It well be held at Club 67 downstairs, in Bonne Terre, Mo.

I thought for sure the # deal had been recently discussed. Till we have ove 99#'s it should not be a big issue.
