Reminder-mascoutah Car Show This Sunday

Maybe, just maybe, the judges didn't like the color yellow? To non race junkies, the cars probably all look alike. The colors are really the only thing separating the top three cars.

I can just imagine the judges conversation...hmmm...well Jim these cars with no fenders all look about the same, what do you think? Well Slim, that red, white, and blue car sure is patriotic lets choose that one!

And, in reference to what Jimmy said, its usually goofballs that have nothing to do with the teams that stir all the crap.

It Was My Opinion, Of What I Thought, And I Put It Down. You Know I Talked To Some People Who Were Their And They Said The Same Thing (how Ray Did Not Get 1st Becouse He Had The Best Looking Mod Thier.). I Did Not Mean To Start **** On Here But Alot Of People Put Thier Opinion On Here Too. I Wish All Drivers Best Of Luck In The 2005 Season.
 
I might have been one you asked but it doesn't matter how many people YOU asked. I agree that Ray's car (and Kenny's) were both very sharp as well. I think you asked "who and how" they were judged. My response was to show you how random the voting could have been and how petty some of these post are sounding.

Exactly - They may have like the starburst numbers over the other cars. Are like Mike said the Red-White-Blue scheme. Why did they pick the black pure stock with no lettering on it over the one that had decals? My guess was the black car had an awesome no dent no ding body on it. Even though Don Klein's car looks awesome I don't personally care for the red & gold. But I do know everyone else loves it. JMO
 
i thought car shows were a pre season get together to show their cars and socialize before the season starts it was nice of ray and some of the guys that came a long distance to the show hope they do it next year.englands uncle lives in mascoutah so that shows there was no local favortism.

MAYBE THESE SHOWS OUGHT TO JUST BE THAT. NO COMPETITION AS TO WHO'S LOOKS BEST.
