I'm glad NASCAR didn't let this go. I know some say Jeff Burton is a Whinner over this, but when Dale Sr. (witch I'm a fan of) would point things out to NASCAR no one called him a Whinner. It's just a shame that Jeff didn't get the finish or points he may have earned if that yellow wasn't made by Robbie.

I Feel The Penalty Was Justified.....sometimes Nascar Needs To Step Up The Penalties For Certain Offenses To Nip It In The Bud So To Speak. See How Robby Ends Up In The Points At Years End. This Harsh Of A Points Deduction May Stop Him And Others From Causing A Ficticious Caution And Changing The Outcome Of The Race. So Much For The "lucky Dog".....robby Got Bit By It!!!
