E-Mail – tricityspeedway@msn.com or Website – www.tricityspeedway.netok those are the general rules at Tri-city speedway, now i don't understand where it said that any one getting out of their car, or undoing there seat belts, will be blacked flagged, and then the didn't leave the track when he was black flagged. I think his name was dave myers. but in two races later, another driver spun out, got out of his car, got back in and drove to the area designated to fix the cars, but the only difference was that guy did not get Black flagged, and his name was Gordie gundaker, but maybe that is the reason he didnt get a black flag for the same reason as the other guy did.
I have heard over and over about the rules, but i have not seen anywhere where it says if a guy gets out of his car he will be black flagged unless it is covered in the final judgement section... so could someone answer my question why some people are penaliized for something and others aren't ????
