Any rumors about who's coming to the Royale?? I've heard a couple but .........they are rumors.:)
 
your going to here al kinds of rumors it happens every year just to get you out there i don't belive it's the permoters doing it but i wish they could get the car count back up were it's not just another sat show
 
I think the only way the car count will grow is if there is another big show close on Friday night, adjust their payout a little where there is not such a big difference between 1-5 and promote the heck out of the show. I have talked to some drivers from Indiana and Ohio who used to come to the Queens Royale every year and they the response has been the same. They can't justify driving that far for one race with gas prices so high and that the payoff drops off too quickly. This is just my opinion, but I would love to see 40-50 cars back in the pits for the Queens Royale again and hope it happens soon!

If they would've ran the Queen's Royale tomorrow night with Jacksonville's big show tonight they prolly would have a lot more cars. They don't advertise the Queens much neither. Back in the day the Queens brought in a bunch of cars now it seems like its maybe 30 cars anymore. Last good queens royale was when Ian Madsen came down and won. I think Johnny Herrera and few other bigger names were there. Danny Smith used to come every Queens Royale but I think its been 2 or 3 years since he's been back.
 
Been putting the show out there and it's about all you can do..There was one big name driver wanting to come but wanted some show up money from a fan who helps some but not this time. I think if you got a million dollar rig, towing here isn't that big of deal. I helped a driver some one year and he couldn't figure out why a fan would even do that. I told him we love our track and loved having him here. Maybe he will come back this year, you never know..
 
I'm proud of my track.Most tracks are struggling big time or have shut down.The EXCUSES i'm hearing for not coming to Royale is tires and cost of fuel.The tire rule isopened up for Royale.We can't do nothing about fuel prices.We have had very good crowds this year.I don't feel our track is in danger of shutting down or running part time.....What would we do if the track did shut down???? I'm supporting my track.Would i run it different?? I wouldn't want the aggravation at all!!!
 
They should have someone with flyers at Wheatland this weekend for their huge 360 show. They may have 50 cars and all the top ASCS national boys. I would think that a lot of the local 360 Missouri cars might be able to come
