FORMER OFFICAL FROM GODFREY SPEEDWAY AND MAYBE EVEN TRI CITY SPEEDWAY TOM PRIMUS DIED OF A HEART ATTACK LAST NIGHT WILL BE PUT TO REST IN HARDIN Ill NOT SURE ONTHE DETAILS ,REST IN PEACE OLE TOM
 
i belive tom drove a race car back in the 70s or 80s,always smiling,very pleasent fellow to deal with,,,RIP,,,lenny garson
 
sorry to hear about Tom, my thought and prayers are with the family. I worked with
Tom for many years at Godfrey speedway, and with his son buddy. You will be missed Tom, but the memories will live on.

I remember when Tom was director of Compition at Godfrey, back in the middle 80's. He was always fair and willing to talk any problem out.
