scales-any advice?

I,m lookin to buy a set of new scales, am trying to decide on what brand,
Intercomp? Longacre?, or Rebco? anyone out there have any input? pros
cons or reliability etc. thanx in advance
 
I have a set of Lonagacres. No complaints here. My only issue with my scales is whoever you get them from call in advance. I don't know if this is an issue all the time or I bought them in a scale shortage, but I ended up driving 275 miles one way to get mine at JR motorsports in IA. After we got there, the scales we were supposed to be picking up, got sold out from underneath us, so they gave us the next step up of scales for the same price. They took a pretty good hit on the pricing, but we ended up leaving happy (long story). Oddly enough the scales we were going to get after all this was Tanner scales. But they had trouble powering them up. We ended up leaving with the matrix scales. Take it for what it's worth, just my own experience.
