Belle-Clair Speedway Season Championship & Double Late Model feature Friday, September 2nd

This Friday’s September 2nd Season Championship event will feature the UMP Late Models, UMP Modifieds, B-Mods, Belleville Automotive Pure Stocks, UMP Pro 4 Cylinder Hornets/ Sport Compacts and BOSS Chassis 600cc Outlaw Micros.

For the UMP Late Models, there will be an additional feature event brought to you by Marathon Financial paying $500 to win for any late model driver who has not won a UMP late model feature in the past 5 years, guaranteeing a first time winner! Any driver that has not won a UMP late model feature at any track in the past five years is allowed to participate in the additional feature.

Marathon Financial is also sponsoring a $250 Hard Charger award, as well as a $250 Mystery Spot Award. The Mystery Spot winner will be drawn by the event winner. To qualify for the Mystery Spot, the driver must complete the race. This race will be run after all other features have been completed.

here is the plan for the #5 super that Dave Jocober drives at Hi-Land -- Danny his son will enter it in the regular show to start the night -- but since he has a feature win this year and can not run the special -- WELL since I have not won a feature in the last 15 or so years I plan on driving it in the special -- so all you young PUPs watch out for the OLD MAN - LOL - I will have my A mod entered also -the driver formally known as FIREBALL but now known a FURBALL since I am old n fuzzy- who knows,,may be my last run at one of my favorite tracks
 
Just to be clear if anyone plans on running the special race they must be running the entire night in the car. We are wanting to give a shot to the Late model teams who have not won a feature. This is not a "mechanics race" So if you run the whole program in the same car you are welcome to run the special race if you qualify. To qualify for the event the driver can not have a UMP feature win at any track in a Late Model within the last 5 years or at all. Also there is a Hard Charger and a mystery spot to be drawn by our winner. In order to win that money you must complete the entire race no start and park. The stipulations were the same the last time we tried to do this race and were set by the sponsor of the event not Allied not Belle-Clair Speedway. . Will the winner get track credit and points. I will assume that individual will get UMP credit as well. Just trying to have the drivers know some other information.
